We hope you love your Sadah Wear items — each piece is made with care and purpose. Since our products are made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong sizes, or changes of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we’re here to help. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include the following:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Wrong Size Ordered

Please make sure to check our size guide before placing your order. Since all items are custom made for each customer, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect size choices.
